4. Payment Terms
All services provided by Naukri Dekhe are prepaid unless otherwise stated in a formal agreement
Subscriptions or premium services must be renewed on or before expiry to avoid service interruption
Failure to complete payment within the due time may result in suspension or termination of services
5. Invoices & Receipts
A digital invoice will be automatically generated after successful payment
The invoice/receipt will be sent via email and will also be available in the user’s account section
Please ensure your billing details are correct at the time of purchase
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments once made are non-refundable
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate payment made due to technical error
Amount debited but service not activated
Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction by contacting our support team
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment
7. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly with us before approaching banks or payment providers
Filing a chargeback without prior notice may result in temporary suspension of your account
