4. Payment Terms

  • All services provided by Naukri Dekhe are prepaid unless otherwise stated in a formal agreement

  • Subscriptions or premium services must be renewed on or before expiry to avoid service interruption

  • Failure to complete payment within the due time may result in suspension or termination of services


5. Invoices & Receipts

  • digital invoice will be automatically generated after successful payment

  • The invoice/receipt will be sent via email and will also be available in the user’s account section

  • Please ensure your billing details are correct at the time of purchase


6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Payments once made are non-refundable

  • Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

    • Duplicate payment made due to technical error

    • Amount debited but service not activated

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction by contacting our support team

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment


7. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • We encourage users to resolve disputes directly with us before approaching banks or payment providers

  • Filing a chargeback without prior notice may result in temporary suspension of your account
