Waste collection, cash token collection, and payment transactions of all types form the cash transaction record books to be systemized.
DMRC Customer Service:
Commuters who need help with the metro ticket and general routes along with the tickets needs to be helped.
Customer serves major comms.
Passengers are to be treated with utmost respect all the time.
Operational Duties:
Token accounting for is to be done with no service interruptions at all.
The token counters must be kept clean and neat.
The token machines are to be reported to the superior for any malfunctions.
Safety and Compliance:
DMRC emplaced all protocols about safety, operational policies, and procedures.
The Rules associated with the fare, tokens issuance and spending, and other ticketing are to be followed.
During peak times, operator is required to assist in the avoidance of the crowd.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum of 10th or 12th Stand done.

Skills:
Basic computer skills are necessary along with knowledge about ticketing systems
Have command over English and Hindi.
Willing to work in shifts during weekends and public holidays.

Token Operators work in metro stations and come in contact with thousands of travelers throughout the day. Complete focus and high levels of concentration are needed during rush hour. Breaks and shift work are also part of the operational hours.
