Major Functions of the Job

Safety\Security

Complete all safety checks on emergency gear, cabin equipment and supplies a while before departure.

Make sure customers follow all safety protocols and when to override and implement safety orders.

Remain vigilant and keep monitoring the cabin.

Be able to improvise and adapt to emergency scenarios such as turbulence, medical emergencies, or security threats.

During emergency situations, provide assistance to customers and help with the emergency equipment.

Make sure to inform the crew members about anything that is a safety hazard or an incident that is out of the ordinary.

Customer service and care

With a smile, greet the clients, act in a professional manner, and support the customers with locating the seats and stowing their hand luggage.

Assist all differing passenger needs, such as seniors, children, those with disabilities and special needs, and VIPs.

Serve food and drink in a timely manner and handle any potential sales on the flight.

Resolve passenger issues, complaints, or disputes in a calm and along with a guidance manner.

Keep the cabin in order and take care of and distribute flight updates throughout the flight.

Promote a positive environment and cultivate a the community for the the airline for which the positive service values of the airline.

Operational Support

Communicate with the flight crew and ground crew to ensure smooth boarding and flight execution.

Get the cabin ready for takeoff, landing, and transit stops.

You must have an Airline Training Program Certificate, including First Aid Training and Safety Procedures.

You should have height and weight in proportion to be able to meet airline specific standards for safety and reach in a cabin environment.

You must be in good health, and vision must be correctable.

You must be able to meet the overall fitness demands of the job.

As per airline grooming policy, once you are in uniform, you should have no visible body tattoos or piercings.
