The Video editor and Animator is accountable for producing high-quality videos and animations in line with the brand’s message and its storytelling goals. This role requires video editing, motion graphics animation as well as the conceptualizing of production workflows that create videos across platforms are both visually stunning and move viewers emotionally. The ideal candidate would bring creativity, technical know-how and a sense of integration to maintain continuity amongst visual and audio elements. What You’ll Do:
- Edit 3 Instagram Reels per day with top-notch transitions, pacing, and visual appeal
- Enhance videos with color grading, sound design, and engaging effects
- Use Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Bling to create high-quality edits
- Optimize videos for maximum engagement on social media
- Collaborate closely with our Strategist & Social Media Manager to bring ideas to life
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ years in professional video editing (Reels & Social Media content)
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Bling
- Creative Flair: Strong eye for pacing, transitions, and engaging edits
- Attention to Detail: Ability to enhance videos through color grading & sound design
- Time Management: Comfortable handling multiple projects & meeting deadlines
- Understanding of Social Media Trends: What works on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with AI video tools like Runway, Descript, etc.
- Motion graphics & animations (2D, no 3D required)
- Experience with viral & high-engagement content
