Role Description
A customer support representative is needed to work a fulltime remote gig for Agoda. As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for responding to customers’ inquiries and providing technical service; you must ensure that your customers are fully satisfied with the product while at the same time just maybe also solving their problems. The duty involves daily interaction with clients using different social media platforms and delivering efficient customer service.

- Proven Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in similar roles is a plus
