As an AI Application Developer you will be concerned with the design, development and deployment of specific machine learning models and AI algorithms working together with our existing teams of data scientists, software engineers and product managers integrating AI solutions into our series products. Jobs Responsibilities’
- Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to understand data properties and prepare datasets for model training.
- Continuously improve the performance and efficiency of AI models through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and other optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of AI solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply this knowledge to improve our technologies.
- Create comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
- Work with cross-functional teams including product management, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance to align AI development with business goals.
Qualifications:
- bachelors / masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or a related field is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (eg, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Familiarity with deep learning concepts and neural networks.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and tools.
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud platforms AWS) and their AI/ML services.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision projects.
- Contribution to open-source AI projects or publications in AI-related conferences or journals.
- Experience in deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines.
