Key Responsibilities
Pre-Flight Duties:
- Briefing & Preparation: Attend pre-flight meetings with the cabin crew and pilots to discuss flight details, weather conditions, and safety protocols
- Cabin Inspection: Ensure the aircraft cabin is clean, well-stocked, and meets safety standards
- Emergency Equipment Check: Inspect safety gear such as oxygen masks, life jackets, and fire extinguishers
- Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers during boarding, verify tickets, and help with seating arrangements
- Safety Demonstration: Conduct safety briefings, demonstrating the use of seatbelts, oxygen masks, and emergency exits
In-Flight Duties:
- Passenger Comfort: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger needs, and handling special requests
- Meal & Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks according to airline policies.
- Security & Safety: Monitor passenger behavior, respond to emergencies, and enforce safety regulations.
- Medical Assistance: Administer first aid when necessary and coordinate with medical professionals for serious cases
- Conflict Resolution: Handle difficult passengers, resolve disputes, and maintain a peaceful cabin environment
Post-Flight Duties:
- Cabin Inspection: Ensure passengers disembark safely and check for lost belongings
- Flight Report: Complete reports on any safety incidents, medical emergencies, or customer feedback
- Restocking & Preparation: Assist in preparing the aircraft for the next flight

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements’
A high school diploma (minimum requirement)
A degree in hospitality, tourism, or aviation management is a plus
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Physical & Medical Requirements.
- Minimum height (varies by airline, usually 5’2 to 5’5)
- Vision requirements (usually 6/6 or corrected vision)
- Good overall health and fitness.
- No visible tattoos or piercings (varies by airline)
Training & Certifications:
- Completion of flight attendant training provided by the airline
- First aid and CPR certification
- Safety and emergency procedures training
