Concentrix Key Responsibilities’
Customer Support: Provide prompt, efficient, and personalized support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and policies. Concentrix
Sales Generation: Engage potential clients through excellent customer interaction and convert leads into sales. Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and suggest the best solutions to customers.
Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs, offering timely support, and upselling or cross-selling additional products when appropriate.
Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring that issues are resolved in a way that enhances customer satisfaction and retention.
Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on customer queries, sales leads, and post-sale services. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements for our products and services.
Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and any challenges faced, using CRM tools or spreadsheets. Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction, sales targets, and feedback.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and technical support to address customer needs, align on promotions, and resolve complex inquiries.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear interaction with customers and team members.
Salesmanship: Strong ability to understand customer needs, pitch relevant products, and close sales deals.
Problem-solving: Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and sales challenges effectively.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking and managing customer information, inquiries, and sales’
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, from addressing customer concerns to generating sales.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the company’s products or services, ensuring that you can provide detailed and accurate information to customers,,
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues to provide the best customer experience.

?Experience & Education Requirements’

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer support or sales roles, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment. Experience in using CRM systems and digital communication platforms is an advantage.
