Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking, and industry events.
    • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process.

Sales Process Management:

    • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions.

Market Research & Analysis:

Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Client Meetings’

    • Schedule and conduct in person and online client meetings.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the companies IT solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales.
  • Hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end sales process within an IT company.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services (e.g., cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, managed services).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite’
