Flipkart Responsibilities
Warehouse Associate
- Sort, package, and label products.
- Load and unload items for distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management and report any discrepancies.
Delivery Executive
- Safely deliver products to customers’ doorsteps.
- Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain records of deliveries and any issues encountered.
Customer Service Associate
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist customers in navigating Flipkart’s platform.
- Record customer interactions and feedback.
Data Entry Operator
- Enter and update data accurately into Flipkart’s database.
- Ensure that all records are up-to-date and error-free.
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels.
Required Skills
- Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written communication is essential, especially for Customer Service Associates.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with basic computer functions and data entry (required for Data Entry Operators).
- Physical Fitness: Delivery Executives and Warehouse Associates may require a certain level of physical fitness to handle packages.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and handle responsibilities efficiently.
