Job Role:
The creations of a 2D/3D animator are videos and graphic images . Animators must use imagination to draw and make animations that are visually appealing and realistic. Story telling and character designing involves the use of visual effects to make the digital features move and interact smoothly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design engaging, creative, and professional videos, graphics, and animations for social media.
- Work with marketing people to create visuals driven by marketing objectives.
- Design social media posts, banners, ads, and other marketing materials.
- Help with the planning and creation of the social media campaigns.
- Learn the latest social media graphic design trends to improve and enhance your graphics.
- Work with other content producers to blend graphic with text content.
- Track and report on the performance of visual content on different social media.
- Resize, edit, and optimize pictures for different social media accounts.
- Help with additional design work as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or similar area.
- Knowledge and skills in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva.
- Basic video editing and animation skills are a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate strong, creative design ideas with attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate great organization and responsive time management practices.
- Ability to express ideas in a clear and coherent manner in written and spoken form.
- Ability to complete work with minimal supervision.
- Has a strong, proactive approach to developing skills and knowledge in social media design.
