IIFL Responsibilities’
- Lead and mentor the sales team in effectively selling value-added services such as warranty, insurance, buyback, and detailing, ensuring team members are well-equipped to engage customers.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team’s knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills related to value-added services.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing data-driven insights and coaching to improve individual and team results.
- Handle escalations and complex customer concerns regarding value-added services, ensuring high customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Generate and present reports on sales performance, hub performance, and customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Set sales targets and performance benchmarks, track progress, and motivate the team to exceed goals.
IIFL Requirements’
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive, insurance, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A high level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Qualification
1+ years of sales experience in the sales, automobile, or related industry.
Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring sales team members.
Ability to conduct workshops, sales training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to improve team performance
Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada (for Bangalore) is required to communicate effectively with customers and the sales team.
