Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and correctly categorized.
Inventory & Order Management:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for inventory updates.
Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Website Management:
Perform regular website updates, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and a seamless user experience.
Troubleshoot any technical issues with the platform in coordination with the web development team.
Instamart Customer Support.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints through the e-commerce platform, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Job in Chennai

Instamart Reporting.
Prepare regular reports on website performance, product listings, and operational efficiency.
Instamart Requirements’
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
