Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Business Growth

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key e-commerce partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to optimize listings, promotions, and pricing.
  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment, stock availability, and timely dispatch of products.

E-commerce Operations & Strategy

  • Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly content, images, and pricing strategies.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns (Big Billion Days, Amazon Great Indian Festival, etc.).
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Track and improve key performance metrics like conversion rates, ROI, and customer feedback.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to drive traffic and conversion.
