Key Responsibilities
Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
Health Assessment: Perform detailed patient assessments, including taking vitals, monitoring symptoms, and observing changes in patients’ conditions. Communicate findings to the appropriate medical personnel.

Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health management, post-treatment care, and prevention strategies. Provide clear instructions and support to ensure patient understanding.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff to ensure effective communication and continuity of care. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions as needed.
Clinical Documentation: Accurately and timely record patient care activities, observations, and any changes in condition in the patient’s electronic health record (EHR) system.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient conditions. Apply advanced nursing techniques in life-saving procedures such as CPR or intubation when necessary.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and nursing standards. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment for both patients and staff.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with nursing practices, attend continuing education programs, and maintain certifications relevant to the position. Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state or country of practice].
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications preferred.
