Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Android app development with a strong portfolio of released applications.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Android Frameworks & Tools: Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack components, Firebase, and Google Play Services,
- UI Development: Experience with XML layouts, Compose, Constraint Layout, and Material Design Guidelines,
- Database Management: Familiarity with Room Database, SQLite, Realm, or Firebase Fire store,
- Networking: Understanding of RESTful APIs, Retrofit, Ok Http, and Web Sockets,
- Version Control: Proficiency in Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Testing: Experience with JUnit, Espresso, and Android Instrumentation Tests.
- Deployment: Knowledge of app release processes on Google Play Store and best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a keen eye for details
