Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Know the software inside out, checking for new updates and updates and bug fixes to ensure that requests for help are correct.
  • Handle customer email, chats, and phone calls quickly and professionally while making sure that the customer’s concerns are addressed and communicated clearly.
  • Elevate technical issues to the proper group for resolution.
  • Collect customer feedback on their support experience to identify what customers want and need and provide feedback to product and development teams.
  • Effectively use CRM and ticketing systems, regularly participating in training sessions to maintain knowledge of assistance tools and methods.

Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

The patience and professionalism to respond back to customer questions.

Experience with a CRM and a ticketing system is a bonus.

You should the basics but more is a plus of IT/software concepts.

Minimum 1.5 year experience as an Underwriter Commercial/ Credit/ Renewal/ Insurance sector

Education:

  1. UG: B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management
  2. PG: Any Postgraduate
  3. Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  4. Graduate(Fresher)/Undergraduate (Exp. Min 6 Month)/WFH
  5. 12th Pass/Diploma/Graduate with good written English & basic computer knowledge.
