Prospecting and Lead Generation’
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to target high-potential prospects.

Relationship Building’
- Initiate and build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and challenges.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business development strategies that align with company goals.

Sales Conversion and Negotiation’

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a positive client experience.
Client Retention and Growth’
- Foster strong client relationships post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing ongoing support and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Regularly assess client satisfaction and address any issues to build long-term loyalty.
Performance Tracking and Reporting’
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales team and leadership regarding areas of improvement or opportunity.
- Use data-driven approaches to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency.
Toshiba Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory based on experience).
