Key Responsibilities:
Patrolling and Monitoring:

- Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect any suspicious activities.
- Ensure a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and reassure passengers.
Passenger and Public Safety:
- Assist passengers with safety concerns and provide guidance on metro rules and regulations.
- Respond to incidents, including thefts, altercations, medical emergencies, and vandalism.
- Work with law enforcement agencies to address security threats and criminal activities.
Access Control and Enforcement:
- Control access to restricted areas within metro stations and trains.
- Ensure only authorized personnel enter secure zones.
- Enforce metro policies, including fare evasion prevention and crowd control.
Emergency Response:
- Act swiftly during emergencies such as fires, power outages, and evacuations.
- Provide first aid or CPR as needed until medical professionals arrive.
- Assist in implementing emergency response plans and coordinating with relevant authorities.
Incident Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and timely reports on security incidents, accidents, and suspicious behavior.
- Document interactions with passengers, law enforcement, and emergency responders.
- Provide clear and detailed reports for management review and legal purposes.
Customer Service and Public Relations:
- Offer assistance and directions to passengers, especially during peak hours and special events.
- Handle customer complaints and diffuse tense situations professionally.
- Foster positive relationships with metro staff, vendors, and the public.
