Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy and Planning
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar.
Identify and implement trends, best practices, and new ideas for video content.

SEO & Video Optimization
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to increase discoverability and click-through rates.
Utilize SEO best practices to maximize organic reach.
Perform keyword research and optimize for search engine visibility.
Analytics and Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as watch time, view count, audience retention, subscriber growth, and conversion rates.
Analyze YouTube Analytics to understand performance trends and provide actionable insights to enhance content strategies.
Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Growth and Monetization
Develop strategies to grow the subscriber base and increase engagement.
Implement monetization strategies, including sponsorships, partnerships, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain relationships with brands for potential sponsorship deals.
Cross-Platform Promotion
Leverage social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok) to promote videos and drive traffic to the YouTube channel.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for paid ad campaigns, ensuring content is promoted effectively across all platforms.
Develop cross-promotional strategies with influencers and collaborators to expand reach. YouTube Channel
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience managing successful YouTube channels, with a strong portfolio of growing subscribers and viewership.
Strong understanding of YouTube’s algorithms, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).
Experience with video production and editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
Ability to create compelling video content ideas that align with brand voice and audience interests.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience in social media marketing and content distribution strategies.
Familiarity with paid YouTube ad campaigns and Google Ads.
A passion for storytelling, creativity, and innovation in the digital space.
Previous experience in influencer marketing or working with influencers is a plus.
Knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics (Adobe Photoshop, After Effects).
